Washburn's program currently has four former Trojans, Jake Regnier (c/o 2015), Austin Tillman (c/o 2014), Raymond Solis (c/o 2013), and Jared Butler (c/o 2013).

Mike McCoy, senior, cracks a smile before Topeka High football's National Signing Day event. McCoy was rated the fifth best player in the state by Rivals and garnered attention from schools such as Arkansas, Oklahoma State, and Nebraska.

A large crowd was on hand to watch Mike McCoy, Teven Jenkins, Jacob Anderson, Dakota Williams, and Ryan Luna, all seniors, sign their letters on intent on National Signing Day.
