To get ready for Halloween, our Link Crew went and decorated pumpkins with the freshman in Trojan Time. There was no certain way that  you decorated your pumpkin. You could turn it into any kind of character you wanted or maybe just see how creative you could be. Alynne Kettler a Link Leader, explained that every Wednesday they try to get more involved with the freshman students. The Link Crew leaders want to make them feel like they belong to everyone. This activity was meant for all the freshman in trojan time, to come together and work as a team to create something out of their pumpkins. “My favorite part of pumpkin decorating was, seeing our freshman come together with a creative idea and sticking to it and following through with their idea,” Kettler said.

After everyone decorates their pumpkins, they will see which Trojan Time decorated the best pumpkin.The freshman trojan time with the best pumpkin will win a prize as a class.
