She gets cast opposite a former lover type in the romantic lead for the show. Feelings are rekindled and start to bleed over into real life,” Jensen says when asked about the plot. “The show depicts what is real love vs what is show love. What is married love vs romantic love and kind of explores things in that general way. It’s an important theme for high school performers to tackle when doing shows with romantic things about them.”
